To be successful as an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will need:
- A high school or equivalent diploma.
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- 2+ years of conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience.
- 2+ years of repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment experience.
- 2+ years of reading blueprints and electrical schematics experience.
A degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field is preferred. Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is also desirable.
