The Floor Hand is responsible for performing tasks associated with the operations of a well servicing rig. They work under direct supervision to carry out assigned job duties.

• Understand stop-work accountability procedures and learn RES safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in JSA/DWP and tailgate meetings to ensure a safe working environment.
• Operate rig equipment, including slips, tongs, and elevators.
• Assist with mud pump and fluid handling operations, pulling and running rods and tubing, and maintaining equipment and tools.
• Keep the work site, equipment, and tools clean and in good working order.
• Assist with day-to-day lubrication and minor adjustments of equipment.
• Identify hazards and perform behavior-based safety observations.
• Assist with energy isolation procedures.

• Prior experience working on a well servicing rig is preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with pump and tank operations is beneficial.
• A valid state-issued driver's license or CDL is necessary.
• You must be able to perform manual labor required to operate well servicing equipment.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
