The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to residents and guests, exceeding their expectations and maintaining resident retention.
  • Create and promote a friendly and professional office environment by displaying exemplary customer service in all aspects of the position.
  • Inspect tour paths, amenities, models, and communities for quality assurance.
  • Meet, greet, and direct residents and guests.
  • Serve as the property ambassador and primary point of contact, providing onsite security presence.
  • Manage administrative requests from residents.
  • Verify and record visitor information.
  • Answer calls professionally, route calls to appropriate personnel, and assist callers with directions, etc.
  • Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
  • Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries.
  • Ensure common areas are clean and tidy, lighting is at proper level, and temperature is appropriate.
  • Maintain logbooks for visitors, contractors, keys, elevators, incident reports, and daily activities.
  • Lead prospect tours until 8pm.
  • Manage leads in CRM software system.
  • Assist guests with guest suite rental check-ins.
  • Assist with after-hour move-ins and move-outs.
  • Answer phone calls and assist residents with requests.
  • Enter work orders in property management system.
  • Attend after-hours resident events with apartment life team once per month.
  • Document resident, guest, and employee requests, concerns, and incidents.

Requirements:

  • Availability Tuesday - Saturday (or Monday - Friday) 6:00pm - 2:00am.
  • At least six months experience in apartment, concierge, or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Outgoing, gregarious personality and enthusiasm for marketing, leasing, and sales.
  • Active knowledge of online social media and social presence avenues.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • A passion to serve residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Law.
  • Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation.
