Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will administer nursing care to designated out-patients in a clinic setting in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and supervision of a licensed physician, physician's assistant, and/or nurse practitioner.

Responsibilities
  • Performs a variety of direct patient care duties in compliance with physicians' orders and appropriate protocol.
  • Reviews and prepares clinical records prior to clinic dates to ensure referring physicians' notes and corresponding reports are available for the reference by the specialist.
  • Administers nursing care to designated out-patients in a clinic setting.
Requirements
  • Requires a diploma or degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • One to two years' experience in a clinic or hospital setting preferred.
  • Must have current and valid Registered Nurse License from the State of Wisconsin.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Work Hours

We are seeking a full-time (36 hours/week) RN to work in General Surgery between 7:00am-5:00pm, Monday- Friday (4-9 hour days).
