Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this Physical Therapist position is between $65,000 and $90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Summary:
This Physical Therapist role involves conducting medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs to treat movement dysfunction and pain resulting from injury, disease, disability, or other health-related conditions. You will work collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions, establish, revise, and evaluate treatment plans, perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques, provide education to patients and families, and maintain appropriate documentation that details patients' responses to therapy and the need for skilled intervention.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a relevant degree in Physical Therapy, be licensed to practice in your state, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations as needed.
