As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work collaboratively with our experienced BCBA's to provide high-quality ABA services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior analytic principles under supervision to support children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized intervention plans in collaboration with clinical teams
  • Assist in data collection for assessments and monitor behavioral progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Official Transcripts
  • Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings, and provide/obtain immunizations including TB, and drug testing
  • Reliable transportation, proof of valid California driver's license, safe driving record, proper auto insurance, and vehicle registration
  • Received COVID-19 vaccination or in the process of receiving the vaccination. Request for an accommodation will be accepted

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Benefits package includes Paid Time Off, Company Sponsored Health Plans, Paid Travel Time and Mileage, Paid Training, and 401K with company match
