Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team at Bank of America. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for creating customized investment strategies for complex High Net Worth Investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement investment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals
  • Manage individual securities, SMAs, alternative investments, and Specialty Assets to ensure alignment with client objectives and risk tolerances
  • Oversee the completion of investment policy statements and act as a technical expert in managing complex client relationships
  • Support PC teams in effectively communicating our business culture, investment philosophy, and range of investment solutions to prospects and existing clients
  • Meet with clients to review investment performance, forecast market changes, and ensure current allocations are appropriate
  • Conduct all aspects of portfolio management, including executing trades, maintaining investment action plans, and monitoring account activities
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of investment decision-making and financial consulting experience working with high net worth clients and ultra-high net worth clients
  • Extensive knowledge of fiduciary and financial products and services, as well as broad-based technical knowledge of investments, tax, legal, and operations
  • Skills and experience in negotiating, delegating, leadership, superior client service, and relationship management
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent financial services/business experience, and hold appropriate credentials such as CPA, CFP, and/or CFA designation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate degree such as MBA or JD
  • Experience in developing and marketing specialized asset allocation products and services
  • Supervising, mentoring, and coaching more junior staff
