Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab Tech to join our team at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians and other cardiovascular lab personnel in clearing and preparing the Cath Lab room for cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recognize and record cardiac pressure forms and cardiac thermodynamics parameters.
  • Perform cardiac thermodynamic calculations and report any abnormal values to the physician.
  • Review and update procedures logs immediately after each procedure.
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Cardiovascular Technologist (CV Tech), Registered Radiographer (ARRT), Certified Cardiographic Technologist, or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist certification.
