Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round

Role Overview:

We are in search of dedicated and trustworthy individuals for a full-time, year-round role. The Pest Control Technician will assist our clients in identifying and eliminating unwanted pests. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, advising on treatment options, and executing pest control services with professionalism and efficiency. Previous experience in pest control is advantageous.

Key Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be nicotine-free (no smoking, chewing tobacco, or vaping).
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a CORI check and drug screening.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Ability to maintain a company vehicle at your residence with off-street parking.
• Willingness to study independently to pass the Massachusetts state pest control examination.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing the type of treatment necessary to eradicate specific pests.
• Providing clients with recommendations for pest treatment options.
• Conducting thorough inspections of client properties to identify pest issues.
• Completing all required documentation after each service.
• Coordinating with office personnel to schedule client services.
• Applying appropriate pesticides in accordance with safety protocols and label instructions.
• Responding to client inquiries regarding pest control services.
• Identifying opportunities to promote additional company services and products.
• Adjusting chemical mixtures based on the size of the affected areas.
• Safely operating and maintaining a company service vehicle.
