Respiratory Therapist

Avera McKennan Hospital is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including paid time off available on Day 1 and options for free health insurance.
This position may be eligible for a $15,000-$20,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-3 year commitment.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role is to administer respiratory therapy according to the Respiratory Care Services Standards of Care and evaluate its effectiveness.
Requirements- An associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is required. A graduate of an A.M.A approved school of Respiratory preferred.
- Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner/Respiratory Therapist in the State of South Dakota is required.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) is required within 6 months of hire date.
- Varied shifts; 72hrs/2wks
- $26.25 - $39.50 per hour
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,492 and $82,080, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year.
