  • Customer Service: Greet customers courteously, explain available wash services, and take and process payments to the satisfaction of customers and the car wash.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Carry out periodic maintenance of equipment used in washing to keep them in proper working order.
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform cleaning of the facility and ensure that everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized.
  • Customer Assistance: Provide assistance to customers in any area concerning the car wash process.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
  • Courteous and Professional Attitude: Display a courteous and professional attitude at all times.
  • Flexibility: Work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work standing over long periods of time, lift items of moderate weight, and work in all weather conditions.
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid and current driver's license.
  • Knowledge of Cars: Have knowledge of cars and their parts, tools, and other necessary equipment.
