Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Technician at Brad Deery Auto. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine automotive maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with vehicles.
  • Repair or replace parts, such as brakes, spark plugs, and belts.
  • Follow manufacturer recommendations and procedures for all services and repairs.
  • Keep accurate records of all services and repairs performed.
  • Communicate with customers about necessary repairs and provide cost estimates.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous education or experience in automotive technology preferred, but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
