- Supervise pharmacy staff, balancing staffing needs with profitability plans.
- Embrace Hometown Pharmacy's commitment to proactive care, annual wellness visits, clinical care, and test-teach-therapy-tests.
- Participate in health and wellness education, counseling patients on prescriptions, nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep.

- Training on health and wellness, clinical care initiatives, and nutraceuticals.
