CT Technologist Job Description

At RadNet Los Angeles, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality radiologic exams to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality CT exams on incoming patients, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Monitor patients' well-being during exams, recognizing any discomfort or medical problems and taking appropriate action.
  • Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
  • Guide patients through the exam process, providing clear instructions and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients, demonstrating a commitment to excellent patient care.
  • Safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate respect for company property, including cash and patient financial information.
  • Exhibit professional behavior towards patients and coworkers, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
Requirements:
  • State regulations may necessitate certifications such as state licensure, ARRT (R), and/or ARRT (CT).
  • CPR/BLS certification, depending on state regulations.
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
