Job Description

Packaging is a critical function in our manufacturing process, and we are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Packaging Operator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate bagging machinery to package insulation materials
  • Place plastic bags over chutes and engage the machine to blow insulation material into bags
  • Automatically seal and stack bags onto pallets for shipment
  • Rotate to stacker area to stack completed bundles of insulation onto pallets
  • May be required to stack bundles directly onto 53' semi-trailers

Requirements:

  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Able to stand for duration of shift
