Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they are comfortable and well taken care of.
  • Remind guests of check-out time and ensure all personal items are removed from the room.
  • Report maintenance and safety issues to supervisors.
  • Follow all workplace safety and housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
  • Suggest additional services to guests as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a housekeeping attendant in a hospitality environment preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness consistent with our standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to comprehend and comply with regulating laws and guidelines.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts.
