We are seeking a skilled and safe driver to join our team at Arrow Stage Lines. As a shuttle driver, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in the Omaha area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a shuttle bus in the Omaha area, ensuring the safety of our passengers and adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to the needs of our clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a shuttle bus in a variety of weather conditions, including inclement weather.
  • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 25 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test, and back screen per DOT regulations as required.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be insurable by the Company insurance carrier.
  • Must be able to drive evenings and weekends as needed.
  • High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Proficient with reading maps and GPS, searching for locations and/or directions on-line when necessary, and correctly following directions.
  • Computer literate and able to learn and efficiently use different software programs to include electronic logs, and automatic on board recording devices.
  • Speak, read and write English fluently.
  • Must have experience with larger van size vehicles.
  • City driving experience.
  • Experience driving in inclement weather.
  • Customer Service experience dealing with clients in busy environments.
  • Must be a careful, patient, non-aggressive driver with an excellent driving record.
  • Felony records will be reviewed closely.
  • Ability to be on time for all assignments.
  • Keen awareness to details, which includes accurate driver logs, road hazards, other drivers and surroundings.
  • Exceptional customer service and ability to act in a courteous and professional manner at all times, regardless of the circumstances.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be a team player.
