Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure the facility is safe and functional.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work completed, pending tasks, and budget utilization.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with HQ facility management and staff regarding maintenance and repair updates, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Equipment Upgrades: Recommend equipment upgrades or replacements as needed to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Emergency Response: Act as a first responder during facility emergencies, such as power outages, water leaks, or security breaches, and coordinate evacuation procedures as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field, with a strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting.
