Merchandise Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Retail Merchandiser. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and appearance of the Hallmark department in various retail stores. This includes restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring that all merchandise is properly stored and secured.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions based on available information.

This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You will be working on the selling floor as well as in back stockrooms, and must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $31,200 - $35,280, depending on the location and shift schedule. This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week, requiring availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends.

Salary and Benefits

Your starting pay will be between $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on your shift and location. This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week, requiring availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends.
