We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Hope Network Southeast. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapy services to individuals, families, and groups in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine needs and required level and frequency of medically necessary psychological services.
- Develop treatment plans using person-centered processes to assist persons-served in setting goals linked to addressing identified needs.
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using therapy interventions such as active listening, consistent eye contact, unconditional positive regard, and empathic responses.
- Facilitate access to community resources and social support networks that provide support, friendship, love, and hope.
- Perform transition planning and follow-up contact with persons served.
- Identify emergency crises and make immediate clinical assessments and respond according to accepted crisis intervention methods and techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum: Limited License Therapist (LLPC) or Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW) required (supervision on all services provided via a fully licensed therapist). Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- Valid Michigan Driver's License.
