A highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist is sought to join the team at Behavioral Health Services North. This dynamic individual will provide initial assessments and clinical recommendations to clients, working closely with the clinical service delivery team to ensure seamless care.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work, with a valid LMHC or LCSW license. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage time effectively and work within a multidisciplinary team, are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities will include conducting clinical interviews and assessments, developing treatment strategies, and providing individual, family, and group therapies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for documenting all aspects of the evaluation and treatment process, maintaining client confidentiality, and participating in quality assurance and quality improvement activities.
