Position Overview:

We are looking for dedicated individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth. This role involves working directly with young individuals placed in a residential care environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of two years of full-time experience in a similar setting
Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for supervising youth aged 12 to 20 who are placed by the court system. Your duties will include:

  • Managing youth movement within the facility
  • Facilitating conflict resolution among residents

In addition, you will provide support to the youth by:

  • Mentoring and modeling positive behaviors
  • Assisting them in achieving their educational and community transition objectives
Additional Information:
