Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Associate to join our team at ASM Global. This role is responsible for conducting all cleaning duties, including sweeping and vacuuming carpets, sweeping, mopping, waxing floors, trash pick-up and removal, cleaning toilets and urinals, cleaning and shining mirrors, cleaning walls and trash cans, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control and maintain housekeeping equipment, including brooms, mops, buckets, wringer, toilet brushes, garbage bags, push brooms, cleaning cloths, gloves, mask, and cleaning solutions.
  • Perform all cleaning duties as assigned by management.
  • Ensure all areas are clean and sanitized to meet our high standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of janitorial or custodial experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
