Opportunities Await You:
  • Become a key member of the engagement team, delivering various tax compliance and consulting services:
    • Offer tax compliance and advisory services to S-corporations, partnerships, individuals, and corporations, from middle-market to multinational entities.
    • Engage in tax research projects on diverse tax issues, assist in drafting IRS responses, and address inquiries from tax authorities.
    • Collaborate with leaders on special projects across various areas of corporate and flow-through taxation, including accounting methods and ASC740.
    • Formulate recommendations for clients and collaborate with leadership to strategize.
    • Communicate and collaborate with specialty tax practices on complex tax matters in state and local, high net worth, international, research and development, along with credits and incentives.
  • Learn and grow through direct on-the-job coaching and mentoring, alongside participation in firm-wide learning and development initiatives.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or law, or a related business degree, with sufficient coursework to qualify for the CPA and/or Bar exam.
  • Outstanding academic performance, ideally with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Relevant internship or work experience, and/or involvement with a professional organization.
  • The ability to work effectively within a team environment, engaging with all levels of client personnel.
  • Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal relations, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, along with adaptability and initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
