Job Summary

Baxter Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women & Newborn Care Unit team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to obstetrical and gynecological patients, including labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes or emergencies.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient information and progress in medical records.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in Arkansas or a compact state.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in obstetrics and gynecology or a related field.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; basic computer knowledge required.
