eTeam Inc is seeking a skilled and dedicated Traveling Medical Professional to join our team as a Skilled Nursing Specialist for a travel nursing job in a reputable healthcare facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Traveler to provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse in our Med Surg department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general long-term care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including those with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements:
  • Current active state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing (SNF) setting.
  • Strong knowledge of general long-term care principles and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
