We're seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team at OrthoAlliance. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient complaints and screen patients for appropriate diagnostic procedures
  • Respond to patient treatment-related phone calls and instruct patients on medications and treatment instructions
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor at all times
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and biohazardous disposal
  • Act as a team player and support the overall success of the clinic
Requirements:
  • Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent experience preferred
  • CPR certification preferred
