**Job Summary**

The SVP, Group Account Director will be a key member of our senior leadership team, responsible for driving client relationships, leading account teams, and developing strategic solutions. As a digital, strategic, and executional expert, you'll bring ideas to life and deliver results-driven campaigns that elevate our clients' brands.

**Responsibilities**

• Client Management & Interaction:

  • Seen as primary owner of overall Account relationship
  • Leads the team in ensuring both short-term and long-term initiatives are on track in terms of timing, budget, and strategy
  • Elevates Client Love by establishing high bar for team to aspire to

• Leadership/Teamwork:

  • Provides model project/team leadership – prepared, pro-active, thorough, accurate, fair, balanced, and willing to do whatever is required
  • Rapport and trust with staff members assigned to your account(s) – recognizing strengths and developmental needs
  • Mentor and develop staff to motivate them and help them grow and excel in their roles

• Strategy:

  • Displays marketing curiosity and willingness to push thinking and agency's work in new directions
  • Leads efforts to develop and articulate key points-of-view relative to strategic/creative alternatives, client industries, and issues

• Agency Development:

  • Business Development is a key responsibility for the SVP along with evolving the agency's go-to-market strategy
  • Consistently plays leadership role in pitching new business, establishing new client relationships, and onboarding patient brands and programs at a high level

**Requirements**

We're seeking a well-seasoned healthcare marketing professional with a wide-ranging body of knowledge in various therapeutic areas. You should have:

  • 10-15 years experience in pharmaceutical sector or professional services
  • Successful track record of managing multiple brands/accounts totaling $10MM+ with minimal oversight
  • Strong experience in managing large, multi-disciplinary teams consisting of 10-20 professionals

**Salary Range**

$220,000 - $271,000
