Key Responsibilities:
  • **Lead Survey Crew:** Supervise daily survey operations and manage field crew activities.
  • **Conduct and Evaluate Surveys:** Execute ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, assess legal descriptions, and ensure adherence to QA/QC protocols.
  • **Project Oversight:** Maintain organized project documentation, evaluate project scopes, and draft survey proposals for business development.
  • **Technical Proficiency:** Employ Trimble and Leica GPS systems, Trimble Robotic Total Station, and other surveying instruments.
  • **Effective Communication & Leadership:** Interact proficiently with the public and team members, ensuring high standards and reliability in all survey operations.
