Compensation and Schedule

  • Hourly Rate: $19.50
  • Overtime Rate: $29.25

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine lubrication, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical warehouse equipment
  • Oversee and assist with work conducted by external contractors
  • Maintain inventory controls to ensure cost-effective operations
  • Schedule and execute preventative maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards according to company and regulatory guidelines
  • Monitor and manage building systems and grounds
  • Operate equipment as required and maintain necessary certifications
  • Engage in special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and planning abilities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting mechanical issues
