Residential Remodeler

We are seeking a skilled Residential Remodeler to join our team at Fuss Free AC in Davie, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of home remodeling, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.

• Expertly perform construction and renovation tasks, ensuring high-quality results.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Read and interpret blueprints, building codes, and safety regulations to ensure compliance.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
• Develop and maintain a strong work portfolio with pictures of your work.

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Remodeler, with expertise in construction and renovation methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and creativity.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and a valid social security number.

• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to bend, stoop, squat, climb, kneel, and twist as needed.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, around moving equipment, and on ladders.

• Competitive compensation based on experience ($25.00 per hour).
