Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by physicians.
  • Implement direct care services in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Conduct wellness checks, lead wellness groups, and provide skill-building activities to support client stability and success.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
