Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Human Factors Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing human-centered solutions to complex problems, ensuring that our products are safe, efficient, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and preferences
  • Design and develop human-centered solutions to complex problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that human factors principles are integrated into product development
  • Develop and maintain human factors standards and guidelines
  • Conduct usability testing and evaluation to ensure that products meet user needs
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Factors, Industrial Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in human factors engineering
  • Proven track record of designing and developing human-centered solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
