We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Acme Brick Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, utility systems, and other facilities-related assets.
- Read and interpret technical procedures, service manuals, and work orders to complete tasks efficiently.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, as well as handling equipment, to perform duties.
- Follow all required work safety practices, including lock-out tag-out requirements and wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
- High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and other standards.
- Must be able to quickly identify materials and lift 25-50 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to pass a Hazmat exam.
