Job Title: Appian Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Developer to join our team at Arthur Grand Technologies Inc.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing cutting-edge technical solutions using Appian, collaborating with business partners and end-users, and architecting solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and deploy Appian and other information technology solutions
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance of all solutions being developed
  • Gather user requirements and distill them into implementable IT solutions
  • Design data models and integrate with other third-party platforms
  • Develop Appian solutions and facilitate making data available to other company users
  • Oversee production of outsourced development resources and create a rollout schedule of functionality
  • Research, develop, and implement new tools to speed up and simplify application development
  • Triage bugs as identified in real time by end users and manage systems capacity utilization
  • Ensure all documentation, training, and tooling is up to date, easily accessible, and globally reusable
Requirements
  • B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field/degree
  • Well-rounded technology professional with 5+ years of Appian development experience
  • 5+ years of SQL experience and 3 years of Full Stack experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an agile delivery environment and experience implementing identity management (single sign on)
  • Proven ability to guide team of developers on most efficient path of development and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Team player, eager to help others in a positive way
