About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality rehabilitation therapy to patients, constantly evaluating their evolving needs and responding with plan of care adjustments.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of occupational therapy experience or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern.
  • Licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in New York State.
  • Valid driver's license required for all areas outside the borough of Manhattan.
