Clinical Interventionist

This position involves working closely with our therapy team to deliver customized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client. You will be responsible for implementing intervention strategies, tracking progress, and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Our multidisciplinary team consists of behavior analysts, therapists, social workers, counselors, and psychologists who work together to provide comprehensive support services. We are passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their full potential and enjoy a positive quality of life.

• A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Demonstrated effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and part of a team
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations on a daily basis
