The successful candidate will possess a valid dental license and a strong commitment to creating healthy smiles for underserved families in a fun and compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality dental services to pediatric patients with support from their team.
- Maintain the highest level of integrity by adhering to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs.
- Utilize industry-leading technology, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces, and participate in annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
- Degree: DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Licensure: Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
- Skills: Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to children.
- Guaranteed biweekly salary during ramp period or 65% of collections.
- Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA.
- Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance plans paid for by company.
