Subway, the world's largest submarine sandwich franchise, is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sandwich Artists. As a Sandwich Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while crafting delicious sandwiches according to our customers' preferences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Greet customers warmly and take their orders with a friendly demeanor.
2. Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Subway's recipes and standards.
3. Customize sandwiches based on customers' preferences, including bread type, toppings, sauces, and portion sizes.
4. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the front counter, dining area, and kitchen stations.
6. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
7. Upsell additional items such as drinks, chips, and cookies to enhance the customer experience.
8. Follow Subway's policies and procedures, including opening and closing duties, as directed by management.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
10. Provide assistance to management as needed, including inventory management and stocking supplies.

**Requirements:**

1. Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
4. Excellent attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
5. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
6. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Reliable transportation to and from work.
