Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of vendor bills and customer payments.

  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with audits and work with external accountants during tax season.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations, including bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger functions, financial reporting, and bookkeeping principles.
  • Proficiency with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
