Key Responsibilities:- Lead the refinement of electronics manufacturing processes in collaboration with design and test engineering teams.
- Provide valuable insights to Engineering regarding testability considerations for new product designs.
- Develop and implement new processes and methodologies to enhance electronics manufacturing quality and efficiency.
- Analyze and optimize workforce utilization, space, and workflow to improve electronics manufacturing efficiency.
- Coordinate with management and engineering teams to streamline electronics production processes.
- Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university in an engineering discipline relevant to electronics manufacturing.
- Must have 5+ years of electronics manufacturing engineering experience.
- Proficient in electronic troubleshooting and interpreting schematics.
- Strong knowledge of electronics systems, detail, and assembly drawings, as well as PCB design approaches for High-Speed circuitry.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in avionics development.
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and digital transformation.
- Understanding of VHDL (FPGA development) and analog circuit design.
