About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Developer & Trainer to join our team at the Air Line Pilots Association, Int'l. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in web development, content management, and training to create engaging experiences for our members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop interactive web experiences that meet the needs of our members and stakeholders
  • Translate complex technical concepts into concise, engaging training materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition wireframes, concepts, and designs into functional websites
  • Manage and update content on our websites, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Develop and deliver training programs for content editors, managers, and developers
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in web development, content management, and training
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience with DNN and Sitecore is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and performance metrics
