  • Perform Minor Repairs and Maintenance
    • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed to ensure that facilities are safe and functional.
    • Report any major repairs or maintenance issues to the facilities manager.
  • Operate and Maintain Cleaning Equipment
    • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery as needed.
    • Ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Assist with Special Events and Projects
    • Assist with special events and projects as needed to ensure that facilities are clean and well-maintained.
    • Participate in facility-wide cleaning and maintenance initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy equipment.
    • Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
  • Work Environment
    • The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment for students and staff.
    • The Custodian will work in a variety of settings, including classrooms, hallways, and common areas.
  • Additional Requirements
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
