Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master's Level Therapist to join our team at the National Youth Advocate Program. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with youth, families, and foster parents to provide counseling, therapy, and support services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family mental health services, case management, transportation, and other professional services to meet or exceed established outcomes thresholds.
  • Travel daily throughout the community to provide services to youth and families, ensuring compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely manner and participate in Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned foster parents and families of origin, assisting in family reunification and/or stabilization efforts.
  • Provide safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services as required to ensure safety and stability for youth served.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or a comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
  • 2 years of work experience working in direct service with youth and families, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Eligibility to become registered as an intern or registered in the licensure process (LCSW, LMHC) is highly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and a good driving record are required.
  • A willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours, as well as a capacity to be flexible and responsive to youth served, foster caregivers, system partners, and internal customers.
