Food For The Poor, a leading international relief and development organization, seeks Catholic priests to serve as spiritual ambassadors for the poor in the Caribbean and Latin America.
Preaching assignments are made on weekends in parishes and congregations throughout the United States. Applicants must have a love for the poor and approval from their superiors.
The position requires at least one weekend of travel each month, one mission trip per year, and attendance at an annual convocation.
Speakers must participate in weekly online meetings with Food For The Poor team members and perform other duties as needed.
This part-time opportunity may lead to full-time employment for those who form deeper relationships with the parishes and congregations we serve.
