Job Title: Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team in Denver, Colorado.

About the Role:

We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to children with autism and their families. As a Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions, implementing intervention plans, and building strong relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6, adhering to the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
  • Collaborate with our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to families, ensuring they are informed and engaged in their child's therapy
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy and maintain certification
Qualifications:
  • Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
