- Measure vital signs and weight, and perform other health services tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, implement orders, and report pertinent information.
- Work collaboratively with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services to ensure seamless care.
- Lead and mentor co-workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in on-call staffing rotation, providing 24/7 support to our residents.
- 18 years of age
- Prior experience in senior care as a Med Tech, Caregiver, or similar
- 3+ years of experience administering medications to multiple clients at once
- Experience leading and supervising teams
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to pass criminal background and pre-employment drug test
- Genuine love for seniors and a willingness to learn
