Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Concord, NC. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide onsite mental health services to residents living in assisted living, long-term care, rehab, and skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality mental health services to residents in our facilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and life insurance.

Our clinicians enjoy flexible scheduling, minimal patient no-shows, and clinical autonomy.

We also offer stipends for continuing education and malpractice insurance.

As a valued member of our team, you will have access to an established clinical support network and a digital platform for our Electronic Health Records system.

We manage clinician credentialing on insurance billing panels, making it easier for you to focus on patient care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active NC LCSW/LPC/LCMHC/Clinical Psychology License with no supervision requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
