About the Job

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services. As a pediatric nurse with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

Job Summary

We are currently looking for RNs/LPNs to work with pediatric patients in the Hampton Roads/Coastal, VA area. The ideal candidate will have a valid LPN license in the state where the case is located, or a compact state nursing license. Additionally, the candidate must be able to pass a background check, have American Heart Association approved CPR Certification, and provide acceptable I-9 documents indicating eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to make independent nursing judgments
  • Collaborate with the patient's family and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement a plan of care
  • Document patient progress and communicate with the patient's family and other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements
