Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cardiac Catheterization Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including angiography machines and fluoroscopy units
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and laboratory efficiency
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Cardiovascular Technology or related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cardiac catheterization laboratory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
